Lavender House is a converted, 15 Bedroom Victorian residence set in delightful grounds with an attractive secure, garden situated on the outskirts of the village of Alsager.

Our mission at Lavender House is for our residents to lead a high-quality life in an environment that is friendly, homelike and caring, where the residents can feel relaxed, comfortable, well cared for and safe.

Experienced Staff

The staff have a wide range of experience and are committed to satisfying the individual needs and requirements of all our residents. The majority of our care staff have achieved their NVQ 2 or 3 qualification, and all new staff complete the Care Certificate prior to employment.

What we provide

We provide care for those who are publicly funded as well as those paying for their own care. For those who are paying for their own care our weekly fees are broken down by the main care types we offer.

Just a quick note to express my gratitude for the care, consideration and kindness shown during the time at Lavender House. I always felt each day that I visited that she was in good hands, safe, respected and extremely well-cared for. No matter how she felt physically or mentally, she always told me just how nice the staff were with her and how much she loved you all. In my mind, she was never treated as a client or a number and that is something I will be eternally grateful for.
